- Create a territory plan to grow market share and achieve annual revenue targets.
- Utilize the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to maintain accurate sales funnel and customer contact records.
- Introduce new business opportunities while driving favorable pricing and contracts.
- Leverage existing relationships across products to improve customer intimacy and win rates.
- Plan, organize, and execute sales calls with key accounts throughout the sales cycle.
- Bachelors degree in a Scientific/Business major or another scientific discipline preferred.
- 5+ years of sales experience in medical diagnostics, veterinary diagnostics, or academia.
- Strong understanding of BioProcess and therapeutic drug development.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Experience in capital equipment sales is required.
