In this pivotal role, you will take charge of demand generation and performance marketing from inception to execution. This position intersects with paid media, lifecycle marketing, conversion rate optimization, and revenue analytics, working closely with cross-functional teams to translate strong positioning into measurable growth pipelines.Accountabilities
- Own paid acquisition strategy across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and emerging channels to drive MQL volume and quality.
- Build, launch, and optimize campaigns tied to key performance indicators such as MQLs, CPL, CAC, and pipeline contribution.
- Partner with Brand and Content to create high-converting advertisements based on strategic positioning.
- Continuously test creative, messaging, audiences, and offers to refine strategies.
- Develop landing page strategies across HubSpot and optimize user experiences.
- Analyze conversion bottlenecks and drop-off points across the user journey.
- Create and optimize lead nurture flows while aligning them with customer intent.
- Own growth dashboards and generate reporting to track performance across analytical tools.
- Collaborate with sales to ensure lead quality and optimize follow-up processes.
- 58+ years of experience in growth, performance, or demand generation marketing.
- 2-4 years of experience managing paid media budgets and analyzing their financial impacts.
- Strong familiarity with CRMs and analytics tools.
- Hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, and website traffic analytics.
- Excellent understanding of user experience and conversion optimization.
- Ability to adapt and work in dynamic environments with shifting priorities.
- Competitive base salary range: $85,000$90,000, based on experience.
