- Develop and execute territory & account sales strategy for quality cloud offerings
- Contribute to team quarterly and annual sales goals
- Meet and exceed your assigned revenue quota
- Analyze customer visions & business objectives and relate them to solutions
- Focus on lead & pipeline generation, managing sales processes from negotiation to delivery
- Work both independently and cohesively in a team environment
- Report and maintain territory & account strategy including opportunity management
- 7+ years of work experience, with 5+ years in sales or business development (preferably in software sales, SaaS, or professional services within the quality domain)
- Experience managing and growing territory with global customers and strategic prospects
- Self-starter with organizational skills & team-player attitude
- Effective communication skills to connect with clients at various organizational levels
- Bachelors degree or higher
- Fluency in English; proficiency in another European language is a plus
- Preferred location in the UK or Germany
- Flexible work environment allowing remote or office work
