- Lead financial management and reporting for one or multiple large-scale projects, including forecasts, risk analysis, and Work in Process (WIP) reporting
- Train and support project teams on project accounting procedures and software tools
- Supervise direct reports, manage workload, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to financial policies and procedures
- Act as a financial advisor during project meetings, identifying risks and opportunities to maximize profitability
- Evaluate change orders and project modifications for financial impact and consistency
- Communicate project and departmental strategies effectively to direct reports and stakeholders
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team environment
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
- 810 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong knowledge of project accounting and financial reporting processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and the ability to learn construction management/payment software
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to make data-driven decisions
- Leadership experience in supervising and coaching team members
- Competitive salary range: $100,000 $130,000, depending on experience and location
