About This Position

Remote Principal Trainer - REMOTE

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Remote Principal Trainer. In this role, you will serve as the content expert for Epic applications, leading the development and delivery of training programs. Your contributions will ensure that users are proficient and supported in their use of the applications. You will collaborate with other trainers to create effective training materials and methods tailored to user workflows. Your expertise will be critical in participating in go-live events and maintaining training environments. This position is essential for fostering business relationships with various stakeholders.Accountabilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for Epic applications.
  • Create training materials and methodologies that align with user workflows.
  • Conduct both remote and in-person training sessions.
  • Stay updated with best practices in training and application use.
  • Participate in workflow design and system build for in-depth application knowledge.
  • Build and maintain training environments in coordination with relevant teams.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders involved with the Epic application suite.
Requirements
  • Bachelors Degree in business administration, computer technology or closely related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3 years of professional experience in software training, support, or project management.
  • Experience in creating training materials for diverse learning methods.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to adapt training methodologies to various user needs.
  • Epic certification in assigned area of responsibility to be obtained within 90 days.
