We are currently looking for a Software Engineer in India.In this role, you will design, build, and maintain enterprise-grade software systems with a focus on security, scalability, and AI-driven innovation. You will lead technical initiatives, implement CI/CD pipelines, and ensure adherence to security best practices such as DAST, SAST, and SCA. The position offers hands-on development across full-stack technologies including Python, FastAPI, React, Node.js, and database/message queue systems. You will mentor engineers, champion the adoption of AI-assisted development workflows, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, remote environment. This role combines technical leadership with practical coding responsibilities and provides opportunities to influence architecture, testing, and continuous delivery at scale.Accountabilities:

• Design, build, and maintain secure and scalable enterprise software systems
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to enable rapid, reliable deployment
• Lead and enforce security best practices including DAST, SAST, and SCA
• Integrate AI-assisted coding tools and workflows to enhance development efficiency and quality
• Architect, develop, and maintain applications using Python, FastAPI, React, Node.js, and modern AI frameworks
• Design and manage databases (SQL/NoSQL) and message queues for robust communication
• Troubleshoot complex issues, optimize system performance, and ensure high-quality software delivery
• Mentor and guide engineering teams on best practices, testing automation, and AI-driven development
• Collaborate with product teams, data scientists, and external partners to deliver innovative solutions

Requirements:

• 810+ years of professional experience in software engineering with enterprise-level systems
• Strong proficiency in Python, FastAPI, React, Node.js, and modern AI/LLM frameworks (e.g., CrewAI)
• Proven experience building and maintaining secure CI/CD pipelines
• Expertise in DAST, SAST, and SCA methodologies
• Experience with database design (SQL/NoSQL) and message queues (RabbitMQ or equivalent)
• Hands-on experience in software testing automation and QA processes
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
• Experience mentoring or leading engineers and collaborating across cross-functional teams
• Ability to work independently and adapt to multiple technologies in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in English
