• Manage and optimize day-to-day operational workflows for payroll and customer success functions.
• Identify areas for efficiency improvements and implement automation to reduce manual tasks and errors.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance tools, processes, and systems for internal teams and customers.
• Ensure compliance with operational controls, risk management, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and report operational performance metrics, escalating gaps and risks to leadership.
• Lead initiatives to improve customer-focused processes, turnaround times, and resolution quality.
• Support operational readiness for new products, services, and market launches.
• Execute strategic operational projects and initiatives in collaboration with senior leadership.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in fast-paced tech, fintech, or start-up environments.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage small to mid-sized teams effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and a solutions-oriented mindset.
• Experience tracking KPIs, analyzing performance data, and implementing operational improvements (SQL familiarity a plus).
• Exposure to process automation, operational tooling, and systems optimization.
• Background in fintech, consulting, banking, or high-growth start-ups preferred.
• Collaborative team player with high energy, initiative, and bias for action.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in remote and cross-cultural environments.
