- Manage a portfolio of clients with a key focus on retention, growth, and risk management.
- Analyze total business spend to identify opportunities for leveraging commercial or small business cards.
- Offer ongoing vendor match and spend enablement services to increase AP file penetration.
- Understand client needs and behaviors within their specific industry vertical.
- Build positive relationships and act as a trusted advisor to handle client needs.
- Resolve client issues and provide timely solutions.
- Monitor portfolio metrics and conduct quarterly account reviews.
- Collaborate across the value chain to meet client needs.
- Seek new business referrals as relationships are established.
- At least 5 years of experience in a business client-facing role.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence across diverse levels.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize information for informed decisions.

- Experience in consultative selling techniques related to payment solutions.
