- Serve as the primary contact during the warranty phase of projects.
- Guide and oversee systemic level site issues with project managers.
- Communicate warranty issues and create actionable support plans.
- Prepare contractual claims for field service projects.
- Develop progress reports and documentation for service project support.
- Manage day-to-day aspects of assigned projects and client interactions.
- Provide timely responses to warranty and project support requests.
- Ensure service project legal documents are completed on time.
- Track lessons learned and share with management.
- BA/BS in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years experience in managing multi-million-dollar HVAC projects.
- Proficiency in project schedule management.
- Strong communications and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in high-pressure environments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
