- Drive the Partnerships Strategy and Revenue Outcomes
- Expand the brand and market presence through strategic initiatives
- Forge and cultivate strategic and affiliate partnerships
- Own Partner P&L and commercial discipline
- Design deal structures, pricing, and incentives for partners
- Develop partner-specific packages tailored to their needs
- Pursue corporate and strategic integrations with key partners
- Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize partnership opportunities
- Monitor market intelligence and competitive landscape
- Own performance metrics and accountability for partnership success
- 10+ years in partnerships, business development, or corporate development within fintech or ecommerce
- Demonstrated ownership of a partner or channel P&L including budgeting and forecasting
- Experience in designing and negotiating partner-specific commercial structures
- Track record of building structured, multi-year corporate partnerships
- Proven ability to achieve targets and contribute to pipeline growth
- Deep understanding of financial products for ecommerce and consumer brands
- Strong partnership with cross-functional teams including Finance, Sales, and Marketing
