- Coordinate between complex organizations that require intra-group services
- Interview key stakeholders to identify value-adding functions and processes
- Leverage functional experts to enhance performance management of mutualized organizations
- Act as a single point of contact for the implementation of mutualized organizations framework
- Manage finance processes ensuring compliance with HR and tax regulations
- Support the definition and implementation of new mutualized organizations
- Animate the budget process within the Finance community
- Participate in the Groups transfer pricing policy and provide guidance on adjustments
- 7 to 10 years of professional experience in international transfer pricing and tax
- Fluency in French and English
- Strong analytical skills and experience in financial process management
- Proven ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders
- Experience in developing and implementing finance frameworks
