- Lead and manage the end-to-end strategy, execution, and measurement of all external and internal events
- Build a high-impact event portfolio including hosted dinners, tech talks, major conferences, and experiential campaigns
- Oversee vendor selection, budgeting, staffing, timelines, on-site execution, and post-event analysis
- Collaborate with Sales to align events with priority accounts, regions, and pipeline objectives
- Partner with Product and Marketing teams to develop engaging event content, programming, and messaging
- Track and report event performance metrics, translating insights into actionable improvements
- Lead internal company events, such as annual offsites and team gatherings, ensuring they reflect the companys values and mission
- 6+ years of experience in marketing and/or events, preferably within B2B technology or SaaS environments
- Proven track record managing event and field marketing programs from strategy to execution
- Expertise in event logistics, thought leadership programming, and demand generation through events
- Strong partnership experience with Sales teams to align events with business goals
- Data-driven approach with the ability to measure ROI and analyze event performance
- Excellent communication skills for presentations, written materials, and cross-functional collaboration
- High attention to detail, ownership mindset, and commitment to delivering high-quality experiences
