🌿 About the Role

As a Groundskeeper / Porter, you’ll play a key role in creating a clean, attractive, and enjoyable living environment for our residents and guests. You’ll help maintain the appearance of our apartment community by keeping common areas, grounds, and exterior spaces neat and well-maintained.

This is a hands-on position that makes a real difference every day!

🛠️ What You’ll Do

• Perform daily upkeep of the property, including trash and debris removal
• Clean and maintain common areas, leasing office, and exterior spaces
• Complete grounds work such as trash pickup and light landscaping
• Assist with custodial duties throughout the community
• Support the maintenance team with miscellaneous tasks as needed

✅ What We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Some related experience required
• Ability to maintain a professional and courteous attitude with residents, visitors, and team members
• Strong work ethic and willingness to be a team player
