About This Position

We are seeking an experienced and organized Data Entry Manager to oversee our data entry team and ensure the accuracy, security, and efficiency of data management processes. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of data systems and workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, train, and supervise a team of data entry clerks to achieve high accuracy and productivity. Develop and implement data entry procedures and standards to ensure data quality and consistency. Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and support professional development. Oversee the accurate and timely entry of data into systems, ensuring adherence to deadlines. Audit and review data for errors or inconsistencies, coordinating corrections as needed. Collaborate with IT and other departments to optimize data management systems and workflows. Maintain data security protocols and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations. Generate reports on data entry performance metrics and process improvements. Handle escalated issues and serve as a point of contact for data-related queries. Qualifications:

Proven experience in data entry, data management, or related administrative roles. Previous leadership or supervisory experience is preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency with data management tools, MS Office, and database systems. Knowledge of data security and privacy standards. Effective communication and team management skills. Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Data Management, or a related field is a plus. Benefits:
