Our Production Lead will be responsible for overseeing the daily production operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing products, managing a team of production workers, ensuring safety protocols are followed, meeting production targets by assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and resolving issues within the production environment.

What You Will Do:

• Lead and inspire a team of production staff to meet and exceed daily goals
• Develop and implement production plans and schedules for optimal efficiency
• Monitor operations to ensure safety, quality, and continuous improvement
• Provide hands-on training, coaching, and performance feedback
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and evaluations for second shift team members
• Assist with compliance with SOPs, safety standards, and company policies
• Maintain accurate records and generate production reports

What We Are Looking For:

• 2–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production setting
• A natural leader who knows how to motivate and develop a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong problem-solving and process improvement skills
• Familiarity with manufacturing tools and general equipment maintenance is a plus
• Ability to create and follow structured production processes
