About This Position

JOB SUMMARY:

The Marketing Coordinator will support and execute the organization’s communications strategy, under the leadership of the Chief Administrative Officer and the Performance Improvement and Communications Director, with a high degree of independence, ability to meet quality standards, adherence to brand standards, and focus on agency priorities and objectives. The Marketing Coordinator’s responsibilities will include developing and implementing external and internal communications to facilitate recruitment and retention of staff and building relationships with identified client referral sources to increase program growth and retention.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Minimal in nature

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, public relations, or a related field. A minimum of 3 years' experience in marketing and communications strategy development and implementation, and 2 years' experience in referral/lead generation or sales/account management experience in the healthcare space, with proven results. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Teamwork skills. Meticulous attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines. Content writing and design experience for all media platforms. Demonstrated digital photography and video skills required. Proficiency in Canva and social media management platforms is required. Proven applied social media expertise. Strategic and creative mindset. Experience in web design and content production, including fluency in WordPress. Proven experience working with external vendors to ensure compliance with graphic and quality standards and ability to manage production deadlines as needed. Driver's License/Vehicle is preferred but not required.

SPECIFIC DUTIES:
  1. With the Chief Administrative Officer and Performance Improvement and Communications Director, develop and implement communications strategies and tactics focused on agency priorities including but not limited to employee recruitment and retention and referral of service recipients from sources identified by agency leadership.
  2. Research, write, design, and implement timely, relevant, and accurate content across platforms, including intranet, external website, social media, collateral, internal staff communications, and internal and external events.
  3. Create, manage, and implement communications calendar across platforms.
  4. Work with key internal staff members, including Human Resources and clinical program leadership, to identify, create, and implement content ideas across channels to create positive staff engagement and recruitment efforts in line with PATH strategy and brand.
  5. Acquire and maintain a detailed knowledge of PATH’s policies, principles, and strategies, and keep up to date with relevant developments.
  6. Adhere to PATH’s style guide, ensuring a high-quality and error-free copy, compliance with graphic standards.
  7. Work with external vendors as needed to ensure accuracy and compliance with graphic and copy standards as well as timely delivery.
  8. Create and manage a “company store” with branded items available to order on-demand.
  9. Track, compile, and evaluate results of communication campaigns and community outreach activities and share results with relevant team members.
  10. Enhance outreach efforts by connecting with community resources, agencies, and other referral sources identified by agency leadership, to support program growth.
  11. Utilize proven marketing methods and best practices to promote agency services and effectively engage the community.
  12. Support internal PATH agency-wide events as needed.
  13. Other duties as assigned.
