Job Description

We’re looking for Marketing & Business Development professionals who are excited to help patients, families, and community partners connect with post-acute care services with confidence and compassion. In this role, you’ll coordinate the admissions process, provide tours and assessments, build relationships with referral sources, and support marketing initiatives that strengthen community awareness of services. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage department inquiries and coordinate the admissions process

  • Conduct facility tours, personal visits, and assessments for prospective residents and families

  • Coordinate and implement post-acute care sales and marketing programs

  • Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, healthcare providers, and community organizations

  • Participate in meetings, presentations, and outreach activities outside the facility

  • Support advertising and collateral material development as needed

  • Maintain accurate communication and follow-up with prospective residents and referral partners

Collaborative Teamwork

This role involves working closely with our team to deliver effective, patient-focused services and contribute to a supportive and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

  • Previous healthcare community relations experience preferred

  • Effective presentation and communication skills preferred

  • Strong organizational and relationship-building skills

  • Knowledge of, or ability to learn, reimbursement programs from payer sources

  • Ability to work independently, remain self-motivated, and achieve goals

  • Formal sales training, adult education, or team-building experience preferred

  • Understanding of advertising and collateral material design/layout/production preferred

  • Basic computer skills, including email proficiency

  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing

  • Ability to attend meetings and conduct presentations outside the facility

  • Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with diverse individuals and organizations

  • Creative thinking skills and self-confidence

  • Ability to work flexible hours

  • Ability to read, write, understand and communicate effectively in the English language

  • Must be able to put into practice Service Excellence skills with our patients, families, coworkers, and community
