This leadership role is focused on driving commercial expansion and revenue growth across the North American market for a fast-scaling digital travel platform. You will define and execute regional strategy, shaping how the business grows its presence and partnerships in a highly competitive and dynamic industry. The role combines strategic vision with hands-on commercial execution, requiring strong leadership of sales and business development teams. You will work closely with senior cross-functional stakeholders across product, marketing, finance, and operations to align growth initiatives and deliver measurable impact. A key part of the role involves building and managing high-value external partnerships and negotiating complex commercial agreements. You will also represent the organization externally at industry events, acting as a senior ambassador in the market.
- Define and lead the regional commercial strategy for North America, ensuring alignment with overall business growth objectives and revenue targets.
- Build, develop, and scale a high-performing sales and business development organization focused on ambitious performance outcomes.
- Drive acquisition, negotiation, and management of key commercial partnerships with strategic external stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional leadership teams (product, engineering, finance, marketing, and customer support) to execute company-wide initiatives.
- Lead complex commercial negotiations with high-value international partners and stakeholders.
- Oversee regional go-to-market execution, including product and market expansion initiatives.
- Represent the organization at senior industry events, conferences, and external engagements.
- 8+ years of experience in commercial roles, business strategy, consulting, or finance within fast-paced environments.
- 5+ years of experience leading and scaling sales or business development teams with proven success against revenue targets.
- Strong background in complex commercial negotiations with enterprise or international partners.
- Demonstrated experience in regional expansion, product launches, or market entry strategies.
- Track record of working effectively in fast-growth or startup environments, ideally within tech or digital platforms.
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to drive alignment across diverse teams.
- Strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution capabilities and commercial acumen.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level engagement.
- Fluency in English required; additional European languages are a plus.
