Working closely with sales teams, you will help shape opportunity pipelines, deliver technical demonstrations, and lead proof-of-concept engagements. The position blends deep technical expertise with consultative selling, requiring both strong engineering knowledge and the ability to communicate business value clearly. This role is responsible for providing pre-sales technical expertise and solution design support across complex enterprise networking opportunities, ensuring customer needs are translated into scalable and competitive solutions. It requires close collaboration with sales teams and customers to drive technical validation and deal success.
- Provide advanced pre-sales technical support by designing and presenting networking solutions aligned with customer business requirements and strategic goals.
- Develop and document tailored solution architectures and proposals across networking domains, including campus, data center, wireless, security, and cloud environments.
- Lead and support proof-of-concept engagements to demonstrate solution capabilities and validate technical fit for customer environments.
- Partner with sales teams to qualify opportunities, shape technical strategies, and support the full sales cycle through deal closure.
- Maintain deep knowledge of competitive offerings and market trends to effectively position differentiated solutions and value propositions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, partners, and industry experts to design innovative solutions and anticipate evolving customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong customer and partner relationships, supporting channel engagement and long-term solution success.
The ideal candidate brings strong networking expertise combined with proven experience in pre-sales or technical consulting roles, along with the ability to translate complex technologies into clear business value.
- 4+ years of experience in networking, pre-sales, post-sales engineering, or technical consulting roles.
- Strong technical knowledge of networking technologies, including routing, switching, wireless, security, SD-WAN/SASE, and data center infrastructure.
- Experience designing and delivering enterprise networking solutions across on-premise and cloud environments.
- Ability to lead technical discussions, deliver presentations, and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven experience supporting solution selling and contributing to successful deal closure in competitive environments.
- Familiarity with network access security solutions (e.g., ClearPass, Cisco ISE, or similar technologies).
- Strong problem-solving skills, customer-focused mindset, and ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
