Senior Administrator Mobility

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Administrator – Mobility in India.

This role is focused on managing and optimizing enterprise mobility services that enable secure, seamless, and reliable access to corporate resources across mobile devices. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of large-scale mobile device environments, supporting enterprise users through robust administration of mobility platforms and endpoint systems. The position involves hands-on responsibility for device lifecycle management, policy enforcement, and troubleshooting complex mobility issues across diverse environments. You will work closely with security, infrastructure, and service desk teams to maintain high service quality and compliance standards. The environment is highly operational and service-oriented, requiring strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to incident resolution and automation. This is a critical role that directly supports end-user productivity and enterprise mobility strategy.

Accountabilities:
  • Manage day-to-day operations and administration of enterprise mobility environments, including mobile devices, wireless services, and endpoint management platforms.
  • Administer Workspace ONE / UEM platforms, including device enrollment, compliance policies, configuration profiles, application deployment, and group management.
  • Maintain and support Apple Business Manager, Android Enterprise, and zero-touch provisioning environments.
  • Handle full device lifecycle activities including provisioning, refresh, retirement, wipe, redeployment, and asset tracking.
  • Act as escalation point for complex mobility incidents including enrollment failures, OS issues, MFA problems, SIM/eSIM challenges, and policy conflicts.
  • Manage mobile carrier services such as activations, porting, plan changes, roaming, and suspensions.
  • Develop dashboards and reports for compliance, device health, cost optimization, and SLA performance tracking.
  • Create and maintain SOPs, knowledge base articles, and process documentation while driving automation improvements.
  • Support enterprise application store operations, including packaging, testing, and deployment of mobile applications.
  • Use scripting (PowerShell, Python, or Bash) to automate mobility workflows and improve operational efficiency.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise mobility administration or endpoint management roles.
  • Hands-on experience with platforms such as Workspace ONE, Omnissa, Intune, or JAMF is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of mobile device management, endpoint security, and enterprise mobility ecosystems.
  • Experience working with ServiceNow and ITIL-based incident and change management workflows.
  • Solid understanding of identity management solutions such as Azure Active Directory.
  • Knowledge of mobile security, compliance standards, and enterprise access controls.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex mobility issues across devices, OS platforms, and applications.
  • Strong scripting skills in PowerShell, Python, or Bash for automation purposes.
  • Excellent communication skills with experience in supporting enterprise users and stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Relevant certifications such as MD-102, JAMF, or security certifications (SC-900) are a plus.
