This role is responsible for shaping and executing regional go-to-market strategy across the Americas, driving demand generation, pipeline growth, and partner engagement in a high-impact cybersecurity environment. You will operate at the intersection of field marketing, channel marketing, and account-based marketing, ensuring campaigns are tightly aligned with sales priorities and revenue goals. The position requires strong ownership of multi-channel programs, with direct accountability for measurable outcomes such as pipeline contribution, conversion rates, and ROI. Working closely with sales, partners, and global marketing teams, you will translate strategy into execution across campaigns, events, and digital initiatives. This is a fast-paced, results-driven role where collaboration, autonomy, and adaptability are essential. Accountabilities

You will be responsible for owning and executing the Americas regional marketing strategy, with a strong focus on pipeline generation, partner marketing, and integrated campaign delivery aligned to revenue objectives.

  • Develop and own the go-to-market strategy for the Americas region in alignment with global and sales priorities
  • Drive pipeline creation and acceleration through measurable field, digital, ABM, and partner marketing programs
  • Design and execute integrated multi-channel campaigns to improve funnel performance and conversion across target accounts
  • Lead channel marketing initiatives and co-marketing programs with partners to expand reach and influence pipeline growth
  • Manage relationships with regional sales, BDR teams, and partners to ensure alignment on lead quality, follow-up, and conversion
  • Own campaign performance tracking, including pipeline attribution, ROI, conversion rates, and budget effectiveness
  • Plan and execute regional events, webinars, and field marketing activities, including end-to-end coordination and performance measurement
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regional insights to refine marketing strategies and positioning
  • Collaborate with corporate communications and digital marketing teams to optimize campaign execution and amplification
Requirements

The ideal candidate brings strong experience in B2B field and channel marketing, with a proven ability to deliver pipeline-driven results in fast-paced, data-oriented environments.

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B field marketing, channel marketing, or demand generation roles, ideally in cybersecurity or enterprise software
  • Proven experience building and executing partner marketing strategies and co-marketing programs that drive measurable business impact
  • Strong background in campaign orchestration, ABM, and integrated multi-channel demand generation
  • Experience managing live and virtual events, including planning, execution, and performance analysis
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing channels such as LinkedIn, SEO/SEM, and B2B media platforms
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to track, interpret, and act on funnel metrics, pipeline data, and ROI
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools, as well as data-driven campaign optimization
  • Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work in a decentralized, fast-moving environment with high autonomy and accountability
  • Willingness to travel approximately 30%
