We are seeking an experienced Server to join our team in a fast‑paced beer hall environment. This role requires strong guest service skills, confidence handling large parties, and a solid understanding of beer and service standards.

Responsibility-

Provide exceptional service to guests, including large parties and high‑volume sections

Follow proper steps of service, and safely carry and serve large beer steins during service

Accurately enter orders and process payments at tables using Toast POS handhelds

Demonstrate knowledge of beer styles, offerings, and basic pairing suggestions

Deliver food and beverages efficiently while maintaining service quality

Maintain a positive, professional attitude during busy service periods

Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless service.

Uphold cleanliness, organization, and service standards throughout shifts

Requirements-

Minimum of 1 year serving experience in a restaurant or bar setting

Experience working with large parties and high‑volume service

Familiarity with Toast POS (preferred)

Strong understanding of steps of service

Knowledge of beer styles and a willingness to continue learning

Ability to carry multiple or large beer steins safely and efficiently

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic

Attend required beer trainings to maintain knowledge of menu changes and beer selections.
