Position Title: Electrical Lead

Location: Pottstown, PA – 75% Travel

Position Type: Full Time, Hourly

Position Summary:

The Electrical Lead supports the Electrical Foreman by providing technical guidance, mentoring crew members, and ensuring high-quality electrical work. This role is hands-on and focused on maintaining safety, efficiency, and compliance with standards.

Key Responsibilities:

· Serve as the technical expert for electrical tasks on-site.

· Assist in planning and executing electrical installations and repairs.

· Mentor apprentices and junior electricians.

· Ensure work meets NEC, OSHA, and company standards.

· Support the Foreman in coordinating with other trades and resolving issues.

· Maintain tools, equipment, and material readiness.

Qualifications:

· Journeyman Electrician license (preferred).

· 3–5 years of electrical experience.

· Strong understanding of commercial/industrial electrical systems.

· Ability to read schematics and blueprints.

· Team-oriented with strong communication skills.
