Director of Operations at Engage Management – Conway, Arkansas

Reports to: President

Pay Range: $100,000+ Depending on experience
Job Type: Full-time

Description / Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the Engage Management operations team to perform their roles as outlined in Role Descriptions
• Achieve operational objectives as directed by ownership and leadership
• Familiarize and be able to report on the State of Asset Portfolios
• Collaborate with President on annual meeting and operational efficiency opportunities
• Lead implementation of operational initiatives
• Stay current with overall business environment
• Negotiate and track all operational contracts
• Coordinate responses to legal actions
• Monitor & facilitate new property start up
• Foster a culture reflecting Engage Is…

• Backup for Executive Team
• Complete all training as required
• Required meetings: weekly tactical, monthly strategic, quarterly executive offsite, ad hocs as needed, monthly occupancy review, monthly occupancy download, monthly insurance meeting, be accessible for monthly financial meeting, Quarterly portfolio review, annual marketing Budget Meeting, Property Onsite visit at each property at least once a year, business development meetings as needed, State of Engage annual meeting

Must have experience in the following:

At least 10 years of previous experience in Multi-Family Industry as a Regional Manager or higher

Preferred Qualifications:
Has had exposure to Commercial Real Estate
