This role focuses on driving strategic growth within the banking and financial services sector across key Indian markets, including Delhi, Mumbai, and Bengaluru. You will be responsible for expanding the adoption of advanced electronic security solutions tailored to high-value financial institutions. The position combines enterprise sales, partner development, and strategic market expansion in a fast-growing and highly competitive environment. You will engage directly with senior banking stakeholders to position end-to-end security technologies including access control, video surveillance, and IoT-based systems. The role requires a strong blend of technical understanding and commercial expertise to shape complex deals and long-term partnerships. It is a high-impact position where your work directly contributes to strengthening critical infrastructure security across the region.
- Develop and execute a strategic business development plan across North, West, and South India aligned with growth objectives and market dynamics
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new distributors, partners, and banking clients across key financial markets
- Drive end-to-end sales cycles including opportunity identification, solution positioning, proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders in banking institutions and strategic partners
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, risks, and growth opportunities in the financial security space
- Analyze market data to define and implement effective sales strategies and expansion initiatives
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and customer satisfaction
- Prepare and deliver high-impact presentations and business proposals to executive-level clients
- Manage multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously while ensuring timely execution and prioritization
- 5+ years of experience in the electronic security industry or a related technical field
- 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within banking or financial services
- Strong technical knowledge of electronic security systems including access control, CCTV/video surveillance, intrusion detection, and fire safety systems
- Proven experience managing full sales cycles from lead generation to contract closure
- Strong understanding of sales strategy development and execution in enterprise environments
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with executive-level stakeholders
- Strong analytical ability to interpret market trends and customer requirements
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with modern security technologies such as IoT, cloud-based platforms, and AI-driven analytics
- Fluent conversational English and Hindi
