Position Overview
As a Field Support Admin, you play a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by efficiently scheduling and dispatching technicians to service requests. You’ll coordinate daily operations, communicate with customers and field staff, and support a collaborative, high-performing dispatch team. This is an in-office position located in Lawrenceville, GA.
Key Responsibilities- Receive, prioritize, and manage incoming customer service requests
- Schedule and dispatch technicians based on skillset, availability, and job urgency
- Maintain clear, timely communication with customers and technicians
- Keep accurate records of dispatched jobs and customer interactions
- Monitor technician performance and share feedback with management
- Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts before they impact service
- Demonstrate strong work ethic, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction
- Partner with technicians and support staff using a servant-minded support approach
- Proven track record of reliability and consistency
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated leadership experience
- Ethical, dependable, and aligned with strong moral values
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Must live within 25 miles of our Lawrenceville office
