Key Responsibilities:

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience

- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them efficiently to the kitchen and bar staff

- Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation and quality standards are met

- Assist guests with menu selections and answer any questions regarding ingredients or dietary restrictions

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and service stations

- Handle guest concerns or complaints professionally and promptly to ensure satisfaction

- Process payments accurately and efficiently, including cash and credit card transactions

- Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a server or in a customer service role preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment during late-night hours

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights

- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and late-night shifts
