Remote Lead Area Vice President of Sales
This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Area Vice President Sales - REMOTE. In this strategic role, you will oversee the execution of a comprehensive sales strategy aimed at expanding the company's Biologics distribution. Your leadership will drive business growth, while collaborating with diverse teams to enhance sales performance. You will actively shape relationships with healthcare professionals and distributor partners, and ensure successful onboarding of sales personnel. This position will not only cultivate a robust network but will also involve careful market analysis to adapt to evolving trends.
Accountabilities- Recruit and enhance the Biologics sales organization.
- Develop a business and revenue plan in collaboration with Regional Managers.
- Identify and implement cross-selling opportunities across divisions.
- Coach and support sales staff to ensure effective performance.
- Analyze market trends and competitive activities to strategize.
- Communicate and execute plans aligned with sales goals.
- Prepare compliance reports and ensure company policies are followed.
- Foster relationships with key stakeholders including surgeons and hospitals.
- Manage inventory and adhere to pricing agreements.
- Lead presentations at critical meetings to close deals.
- Bachelors Degree required.
- 7+ years in sales and sales management within the biologics marketplace.
- 5+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in the device industry.
- Proven track record of year-over-year business growth.
- Strong interpersonal skills and proficiency in business management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Stable work history is essential.
- Must reside within 75 miles of a major airport.
- Willingness to travel up to five days a week.
- Competitive salary range of $205,000 to $240,000 per year.
