Job Details
- Indiana (Field-Based – Assigned Territories)
- Part-Time (15–20 hours per week)
- $20.00 per hour + Performance Bonuses
Bonus Opportunities:
- $250 per new client that starts services
- $500 per client that remains active for 60 days
- $500 monthly bonus for 3+ new clients
- $1,000 monthly bonus for 5+ new clients

Shirley’s Angels Home Care is a growing home care agency serving clients across Indiana. We provide Attendant Care (ATTC), Homemaker Services (HCA), and Structured Family Care (SFC) to aging and disabled individuals of all ages.
We are looking for a driven, outgoing individual to help us expand our referral network and bring in new clients.
This is a results-driven, field-based role focused on building relationships and generating client referrals. If you are comfortable connecting with new people, being out in the community, and earning based on performance, this is a strong opportunity.
What You'll Do
- Build relationships with referral sources (care coordinators, facilities, hospitals, etc.)
- Conduct outreach via calls, emails, and in-person visits
- Attend community events and generate leads
- Follow up with all leads within 24–48 hours
- Track all outreach, leads, and outcomes
- Contribute directly to the growth of Shirley’s Angels Home Care
Weekly Expectations
- 10–15 new outreach attempts
- Minimum 5 follow-ups
- 2 in-person visits
- 5 new partnership conversations
- 100% follow-up on leads
- All activity must be tracked and reported
Referral Sources
- Assisted living facilities
- Hospitals & discharge planners
- Rehab centers
- Area Agencies on Aging
- Case managers & care coordinators
- Community organizations & churches
Travel and Territory Assignments
- This is a field-based role with assigned territories across Indiana
- Must have reliable transportation
- Mileage reimbursement provided at the IRS standard rate
- All travel must be tracked and submitted weekly
Regional Travel Opportunities
- Opportunities to work in assigned regions across the state
- Hotel accommodations may be provided for approved assignments
- Travel is structured to maximize outreach and results
- Regional travel opportunities are performance-based

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Comfortable with in-person outreach
- Organized and able to track activity
- Sales, marketing, or outreach experience preferred (but not required)
This is a performance-based role. While hourly pay is provided, success is measured by your ability to generate referrals and bring in new clients.
Schedule
