Dr.Randy Berger Oral Surgery located in Regina, SK is looking for a passionate, hard-working Dental Receptionist.

We are seeking an experienced Front Desk Coordinator to serve as the operational hub of a busy oral surgery practice. This role is critical in managing referral flow, coordinating surgical schedules, and ensuring an exceptional patient experience.

SCHEDULE:

• 40 hours per week
• Monday to Friday

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Responsibilities:
  1. Manage incoming referrals and prioritize urgent surgical cases
  2. Coordinate complex surgical schedules with the clinical team
  3. Conduct pre-operative patient communication and instructions
  4. Liaise with referring offices
  5. Verify insurance and prepare treatment estimates
  6. Maintain accuracy of patient records
  7. Support overall clinic flow

• Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Dental or oral surgery front desk experience strongly preferred
  2. Exceptional communication skills
  3. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  4. Strong understanding of dental terminology and procedures
