You will play a vital role in the field operations team, transforming raw sites into high-strength structural foundations for power infrastructure. • Construct and set forms for structural foundations, including electrical substations and large diameter caissons.

• Execute precise concrete finishing techniques to ensure all surfaces meet rigorous industrial specifications.

• Utilize hand and power tools to assemble, brace, and strip formwork according to project blueprints.

• Maintain a clean and organized job site to ensure the safety of the entire crew and efficient project flow.

• Collaborate with Superintendents and equipment operators to meet daily production goals and project milestones.

• Monitor concrete consistency during pours to prevent structural defects and ensure a high-quality final product.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in concrete form setting and finishing is preferred.

• Possession of a valid drivers license and reliable personal transportation to reach job sites.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and follow complex technical instructions with minimal supervision.

• Physical capability to perform manual labor in various outdoor weather conditions and industrial environments.

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

• Previous experience operating heavy machinery or specialized concrete equipment.

• Familiarity with safety protocols for electrical substation environments or bridge construction.
