The Senior Fullstack Product Software Engineer will design and implement features that enhance user experience, improve deal workflows, and integrate AI-enabled capabilities. Accountabilities:
  • Lead fullstack development projects autonomously, balancing technical requirements with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver robust, scalable, and user-friendly features.
  • Set and maintain high standards for code quality, operational reliability, and best practices through design and code reviews.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to teammates to support their professional growth and skill development.
  • Participate in on-call rotations to support production systems, debugging issues using logs, metrics, and traces.
  • Drive cross-team initiatives and contribute to the strategic direction of the product, ensuring alignment across engineering and product functions.
  • Identify technical risks proactively and implement solutions to prevent impact on system performance or user experience.

Requirements:
  • 9+ years of experience in software engineering or related technical roles.
  • BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong expertise in Ruby on Rails applications and React.
  • Proven experience developing and deploying large-scale web applications with a user-centered focus.
  • Comfort in fast-paced, agile environments with continuous deployment practices and rapid iteration cycles.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and collaboration skills across diverse, cross-functional teams.
  • Preferred: familiarity with Typescript, GraphQL, HAML, PostgreSQL, and similar technologies used in fullstack product development.
