Household Nurse LPN - Assisted Living at EveryAge – Thomasville, North Carolina

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Assisted Living team on 1st shift. Our LPNs and RNs share a genuine love for seniors and a deep respect for the unique needs of older adults. In this role, you will provide high‑quality, person‑centered care through established clinical practices, including:

• Administering prescribed medications and treatments
• Conducting resident assessments
• Monitoring and documenting vital signs
• Supporting diagnostic procedures
• Promoting safety, comfort, and overall well‑being

Minimal Education:

Graduate of accredited school of practical nursing

Minimal Experience:

Minimum of one (1) year nursing experience

One (1) year skilled nursing facility experience preferred

Other Qualifications:

1. Must meet regulatory requirements for licensure as practical nurse in home state.

2. Specialized training or experience in geriatric nursing is desirable.

3. CPR certified.

4. Must have demonstrated leadership qualities, interpersonal relationship skills, and knowledge of federal and state regulations governing clinical care and nursing practice.

5. Commitment to person centered and resident directed care is essential.

6. Will comply with all federal and state regulatory requirements to maintain licensure as nurse.
