Resident Care Manager

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Resident Care Manager to join our team and help us deliver exceptional care and support to our residents. In this vital role, you will lead efforts to create a nurturing environment where residents feel safe, respected, and valued. Your leadership will ensure that our team provides personalized, high-quality services that align with our company's principles and values.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in hiring, training, and supervising staff to build a cohesive and effective team, with the approval of the Executive Director.

- Develop, lead, and motivate team members through effective communication, ongoing training, personal growth opportunities, and recognition programs.

- Collaborate with families, service providers, and employees to meet the individual needs of residents by delivering consistent, personalized care.

- Ensure residents live safely and with dignity by implementing supportive measures, security protocols, privacy safeguards, and emergency response systems.

- Counsel families and residents to facilitate informed decision-making regarding health and service plan changes.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in senior care, healthcare management, or related fields.

- Strong leadership and team-building skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to develop and implement training programs and motivate staff.

- Knowledge of safety, security, privacy, and emergency response protocols.

- Compassionate, patient, and respectful approach to resident care.

- Ability to work collaboratively with families, service providers, and team members.

- Relevant certifications or licenses in healthcare LPN Required
