Cloud Implementation Lead at Gunnison Consulting Group – Rockville, Maryland

*This position is contingent on a future opening with Gunnison.

Salary: $160,000-$170,000

Work location: On-site, Rockville, Maryland.

The Cloud Implementation Lead will oversee the delivery and performance of cloud services work collaboratively with a variety of federal customer stakeholders and other partners to identify continuous opportunities for cloud services improvement. This individual will also act as the on-site escalation POC for cloud services related matters.

• US Citizenship required
• 8+ years of professional experience and skill relevant to the role
• A combination of business and technical skills as well as experience including cloud services delivery program oversight and direct infrastructure-related operations support
• Experience helping organizations implement leading cloud implementation and migration practices, such as supporting commercial entities with architecting and implementing organization-wide cloud services strategies
• Strong project management skills
• Experience in organizing, planning, and executing large-scale projects from the envisioning stage through to implementation
• Ability to analyze project needs and determine resources needed to meet objectives in a fast paced, high pressure, and relatively complex technical environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with all management levels
• High standards of respect for individuals, excellence, and service to the customer

Education: Master of Science in relevant field required.

Clearance Requirement: Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.

The salary range for this position depends upon multiple factors including location, the individual's knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, and contract-specific budget constraints and organizational requirements.
