What You’ll Do-
Provide hands-on patient care in an adult and pediatric med surg unit

Take and document vital signs accurately

Assist nurses with daily care, procedures, and patient support

Help ensure patient comfort, safety, and dignity at all times

Communicate clearly with patients, families, and care teams

Maintain accurate documentation in electronic medical records (EMR)

Follow all hospital policies, safety standards, and HIPAA confidentiality guidelines
Education
-
High School diploma or equivalent required
Experience
-
1+ year of acute care or medical surgical experience preferred
Certifications
-
BLS (Basic Life Support – Healthcare Provider) required

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred

Strong patient care and clinical support skills

Confidence in taking and recording vitals

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Comfortable working in a fast-paced hospital environment

Basic computer/EMR skills

High level of professionalism and commitment to patient confidentiality
