This full-time weekend position (36 hours) is perfect for candidates looking for a consistent schedule while gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic hospital setting.

• Provide hands-on patient care in an adult and pediatric med surg unit

• Take and document vital signs accurately

• Assist nurses with daily care, procedures, and patient support

• Help ensure patient comfort, safety, and dignity at all times

• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and care teams

• Maintain accurate documentation in electronic medical records (EMR)

• Follow all hospital policies, safety standards, and HIPAA confidentiality guidelines

Education

• High School diploma or equivalent required

Experience

• 1+ year of acute care or medical surgical experience preferred

Certifications

• BLS (Basic Life Support – Healthcare Provider) required

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred

• Strong patient care and clinical support skills

• Confidence in taking and recording vitals

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced hospital environment

• Basic computer/EMR skills

• High level of professionalism and commitment to patient confidentiality

• Friendly, compassionate, and customer-service driven mindset
