Key Responsibilities (Essential Functions)
- Scale and grow an existing wallet share of strategic clients by upselling net new products along with renewing existing agreements.
- Serve as a main point of contact for clients, understanding their business goals and challenges.
- Regularly check in with clients to assess satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Escalate and delegate complex problems to appropriate internal teams and ensure timely resolution.
- Conduct regular client reviews with clients to review performance metrics, discuss service enhancements, and gather feedback.
- Provide clients with training on new features, updates, and best practices related to our services.
- Create and distribute educational materials to enhance client understanding.
- Monitor renewals and proactively engage with clients to ensure retention.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Advocate for client needs and requirements within the organization.
- Collaborate with product and service development teams to ensure client-centric improvements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including contact information, preferences, and service history.
- Document client interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Perform any additional job duties as requested by management to contribute to the overall success of the organization.
- Contribute to sales along with retiring a monthly revenue goal.
- Perform other related duties as assigned to support team and company objectives.
Required Qualifications:
- 3-5 years’ experience managing a book of business in a technology sales role (preferably managed services, cyber security, or technology based sales field)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mindset for reviewing client performance metrics
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Proactive problem solver
- Strong organizational skills
- Task oriented
- CRM experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team collaboration and coordination
- Adaptability in a dynamic environment
Preferred:
- HubSpot experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding revenue targets
- Ability to develop and execute account plans
- Background in consultative or solution-based selling

- Occasional travel is required to client sites or StoredTech offices (estimated 20%).
Work Schedule
- Standard schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
- Flexibility required for occasional after-hours meetings or travel based on client and business needs.
The pay range for this role is:
85,000 - 130,000 USD per year(Raleigh)
