About This Position
We are seeking a dedicated professional for our Supply Chain & Logistics role who is passionate about optimizing processes and enhancing operational efficiency. This role is essential in managing the flow of goods from suppliers to customers, ensuring that products are delivered on time and meet quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of supply chain management principles and be proficient in relevant software tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations
- Ensure timely delivery of goods and materials
- Utilize QuickBooks for effective planning with manufacturing process and tracking of supply chain activities.
- Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics providers and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality service delivery.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement
- Enter builds and assemblies from production into ERP system
- Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels
- Prepare and present reports on supply chain performance
- Assist in the development of supply chain strategies

Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
- Proven experience in supply chain or logistics coordination
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in supply chain management software, QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Experience in plant management or fabrication processes is a plus.
