Summary
As a Senior Product Manager at BriteCore, you will lead our efforts in delivering world-class Policy Management and Billing features within our software suite. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction of these key product areas, ensuring they meet the highest standards of usability, functionality, and customer satisfaction. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, deep understanding of customer and internal stakeholder feedback, and a commitment to user-centric design will be critical to your success.

This is a fully remote based role, however candidates must be located in the US.
What you'll do
  • Own and evolve Policy Management & Billing: Drive the roadmap for core policy lifecycle, rating, invoicing, and billing, embedding AI to improve underwriting insights, automate billing operations, detect anomalies, reduce leakage, and deliver predictive intelligence across the policy lifecycle
  • Lead the modernization of BriteCores configuration-driven platform: Own the tools that enable customers to define and manage products (insurance lines), rules, forms, and workflows, with the goal of accelerating time-to-market through AI-powered configuration assistants, intelligent validation, automated rule generation, and guided product setup that reduces complexity and increases accuracy
  • Drive the strategy for Document Generation: Own the systems that produce policy documents, endorsements, notices, and customer communications, and leveraging AI to speed template creation
  • Incorporate customer and stakeholder feedback: Actively gather and analyze customer feedback, as well as input from internal stakeholders, to inform product decisions and prioritize enhancements
  • User-centric design: Conduct "a-day-in-the-life" exercises, customer interviews, and other on-the-ground knowledge and feedback discovery to gain insights into user workflows, pain points, and needs, and use this knowledge to drive improvements in product usability and efficiency
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and support teams to ensure alignment on product goals, timelines, and deliverables
  • Continuous improvement: Champion a culture of continuous improvement, fostering innovation and driving iterative enhancements to policies and billing features based on user feedback and market trends
What you'll bring
  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science related field
  • 3+ years of progressive technical product management experience within the SaaS space
  • 3+ years of B2B SaaS experience, supporting a complex product
  • Strong working knowledge of AI tools and the ability to integrate them into product discovery, documentation, and execution workflows to accelerate delivery and improve decision quality
  • Analytical skills and ability to derive insights from customer feedback, usage data, and market research to drive product decisions
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and influence key stakeholders
  • Passion for user-centric design and a commitment to improving product usability and customer satisfaction
  • Experience with failure (e.g. product launch) and ability to course correct
