Center Director at Sachjo Innovations Inc – Texas City, Texas

Raising Stars Academy is seeking an exceptional Center Director to lead the rebranding and revitalization of our early childhood education center, serving up to 120 children.

As Center Director, you will:

Lead efforts to fully enroll the school, including family engagement and local marketing initiatives

Manage staff recruitment, scheduling, development, and retention to build a strong, stable team

Foster a positive, collaborative school culture where educators and families feel valued

Ensure licensing compliance, safety standards, and high-quality educational programming

Oversee tuition collection, financial management, and vendor relationships

Knows how to complete the food program

Support families as active partners in their children’s learning

Champion continuous learning for staff through coaching, mentoring, and professional development

Collaborate with ownership on the school’s rebranding, strategic growth, and continuous improvement goals

We’re looking for a leader who:

Has more than 2 years of experience in early childhood education leadership

Has successfully led a Texas Rising Star (TRS) center (preferred)

Is CDA-ready or holds appropriate early childhood credentials

Has experience in daycare or preschool teaching

Is passionate about early childhood education and child development

Has strong knowledge of licensing, compliance, and quality standards

Is skilled in enrollment growth, marketing, and community-building

Is ready to inspire, motivate, and innovate
