What You’ll Do

• Deliver attentive, gracious, and friendly service that creates a memorable dining experience.
• Be thoroughly knowledgeable about our menu, daily features, and beverage selections.
• Ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with all safety and service standards.
• Handle cash, payments, and guest checks accurately and efficiently.
• Use strong sales and merchandising techniques to enhance the guest experience and maximize sales.
• Collaborate with teammates to maintain a smooth and welcoming dining room flow.

What We’re Looking For

• A passion for hospitality and providing outstanding guest service.
• Professional, polished communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience as a server or bartender preferred, but we’ll train the right person.
• Commitment to Cattlemens’ values of quality, teamwork, and genuine care.
