About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to provide high-quality speech services for children ages 2–15 years. You will deliver evidence-based intervention in our center at least two days per week and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team focused on meaningful progress! This role offers flexibility with contract, W2, or 1099 employment options.

Compensation

Competitive and commensurate with experience.

Location: Alpharetta, GA (In-Center at least 2 days/week)

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide assessment, treatment, and progress monitoring of speech, language, and communication goals.
  • Implement individualized therapy that may include AAC, PECS, social communication goals, articulation, receptive/expressive language, and pragmatic skills.
  • Support early intervention strategies tailored to young children.
  • Collaborate with caregivers, clinicians, and interdisciplinary team members.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions, progress notes, and clinical updates.
  • Communicate progress and strategies to families during sessions or scheduled meetings.
  • Participate in team meetings and training as required.

Requirements: Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current Georgia SLP license.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred but not required.
  • Experience with AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) and PECS (Picture Exchange Communication System) strongly preferred.
  • Prior experience working with children ages 2–15 (clinical, school, or private practice).
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
