About This Position

Job Summary

The employee is responsible for performing duties and tasks that will increase the productivity of our institution. This position will work in a fast-paced environment and must have excellent time management and communication skills.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Produces information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics
  • Conserves department’s time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications
  • Welcomes guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or directing inquiries
  • Maintains customer confidence and protects the institution by keeping information confidential
  • Completes projects; follows up on results
  • Supports staff in assigned project-based work
  • Ensure regulatory and accreditation compliance for operations
  • Prepare and maintain required reports, documentation, and records
  • Provide administrative and communication support for students and internal teams
  • Serve as a liaison to support interdepartmental coordination
  • Support externship planning, tracking, and related processes
  • Assist with audits, data tracking, and quality control to ensure accuracy and timeliness
  • Maintain and organize student and employer records and documentation
  • Monitor and manage departmental communications and shared inboxes
  • Provide operational, technical, and systems support as needed
  • Coordinate meetings, scheduling, and departmental logistics
  • Follow departmental policies, procedures, and standard operating practices
  • Assist with projects, reporting, and special initiatives
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by department leadership

Experience

  • PREFERRED Administrative experience: 2-3 years
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (G Suite)
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and general Microsoft Office applications

  • Ability to work effectively with diverse populations
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing

Salary

  • $40,000-45,000 Annual Salary (based on education and experience)
