Accountabilities:

Lead the analysis, configuration, testing, implementation, and support of enterprise applications
Serve as the functional and technical liaison between business, clinical, and IT teams
Gather, validate, and document detailed system requirements to guide application enhancements
Design, modify, and maintain applications, business rules, and algorithms using internal and vendor tools
Ensure data integrity and validate system changes across multiple platforms
Support system integrations and strategic initiatives to improve business processes
Develop and maintain test plans and quality assurance procedures
Manage small- to mid-sized projects independently, ensuring timely delivery
Mentor junior analysts and support onboarding and professional development

Requirements:

Bachelors Degree with 4 years of relevant experience, or Associates Degree with 6 years of relevant experience
Strong systems analysis experience in complex enterprise application environments
Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Experience across the full software development lifecycle (SDLC): analysis, design, build, testing, and implementation
Excellent stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Knowledge of enterprise architecture and system dependencies
Vendor application certification may be required depending on assigned projects
Strong verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse teams
