Maintenance Supervisor (Industrial Maintenance Experience)- Day Shift
$32 - $38 an hour
Position Summary:
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for leading and coordinating all industrial maintenance activities within a manufacturing or production facility. This role ensures equipment reliability, minimizes downtime, and maintains a safe working environment by supervising maintenance technicians and overseeing preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
Hours: 7:30am-3:30pm with overtime work opportunities

Responsibilities:- Supervise, train, and mentor a team of industrial maintenance technicians and mechanics
- Plan, schedule, and assign preventive and corrective maintenance tasks
- Ensure maximum uptime of production equipment, machinery, and facility systems
- Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Coordinate emergency repairs to minimize production disruptions
- Develop and maintain preventive maintenance (PM) programs
- Review and improve maintenance procedures for efficiency and cost control
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards
- Manage maintenance inventory, spare parts, and vendor relationships
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports using CMMS systems
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and controlling maintenance expenses
- Support capital improvement projects and equipment installations
$32 - $38 an hour
