Experienced Tax Associate/Tax Senior - Atlanta, GA
Who: A tax professional with 1–3 years of public accounting experience and strong technical, analytical, and communication skills.

Position Overview:
This role offers hands-on experience preparing a variety of tax returns, researching complex tax matters, supporting client tax planning, and building relationships while working with a diverse and sophisticated client base including high-net-worth individuals and businesses across multiple industries.
Key Responsibilities:
● Prepare and review individual, trust, partnership, and corporate tax returns, including detailed work papers.
● Draft and revise tax correspondence, memoranda, and client deliverables.
● Prepare tax projections and support tax planning strategies.
● Research and analyze domestic and international tax issues.
● Provide training, guidance, and support to tax staff and interns.
● Develop foundational relationship-building skills to support client loyalty.
● Build understanding of client industries, KPIs, and emerging tax trends.
● Participate in networking activities and maintain relationships with business peers.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; Master’s in Accounting or Taxation preferred.
● Minimum 1 year of public accounting experience, with at least one busy season.
● CPA licensed or actively pursuing CPA eligibility.
● Ability to manage multiple engagements and competing deadlines with high-quality results.
● Strong technical tax skills and analytical abilities.
