Housekeeper at Esplanade Equity LLC – Orlando, Florida

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
• Empty trash and recycling bins
• Dust and wipe down surfaces
• Occasionally utilize ladders to clean and dust walls, ceilings, and light fixtures.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe environment by following operational and safety procedures.
• From cleaning bathrooms to washing walkways, your role is diverse and dynamic.
• Notify management of any maintenance or repair needs
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in janitorial or custodial work preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
• Fluent in English and good communication skills
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed

• Prolonged periods standing.
• Must be able to lift, bend, stoop, climb, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
