Position Summary

Broadvoice is seeking a highly motivated and technically driven Sales Engineer to support and expand our presence in the Colombian market. In this strategic pre-sales role, you will act as the technical authority supporting the sales team, designing tailored Contact Center solutions, and driving revenue growth through customer-centric innovation.

You will collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to deliver compelling technical proposals and ensure successful solution positioning across enterprise and public sector clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the technical pre-sales process for Contact Center solutions.
  • Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to gather business and technical requirements.
  • Design scalable and customized Contact Center architectures aligned with customer needs.
  • Deliver impactful technical presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts.
  • Translate customer requirements into detailed technical and commercial proposals.
  • Support pricing strategy with accurate technical scoping.
  • Identify product gaps and recommend new features or enhancements within Contact Center solutions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers on best practices in voice, cloud, and IP communications.
  • Support project handoff to implementation teams, ensuring technical accuracy and feasibility.
  • Partner with Sales to support national growth initiatives.
  • Provide technical enablement to internal stakeholders when needed.
  • Travel as required to support customers and business development efforts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Systems, or related field.
  • Proven operational experience in Contact Center environments (mandatory).
  • Previous team management experience (mandatory).
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Windows and operating systems
    • Databases
    • Voice over IP (VoIP)
    • Networking and IP protocols
    • Scripting tools
  • Availability to travel domestically.
