Essential Duties:

• Under the direction of the hiring manager, an intern will provide day-to-day support to the department.
• Assist in general tasks as assigned by hiring manager/mentor.
• Protect the organization's value by keeping confidential information
• Function in accordance with established standards, procedures and applicable laws
• Assists with special projects.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Skill Development:

Experience the working world in a clinical setting while developing interpersonal skills, technical skills, and organizational and time management skills.

Education/Experience:

Language Ability:

Ability to read and interpret documents. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to provide customer service and have communication skills. Ability to interact with team members and end-users.

Computer Skills:

Demonstrate working knowledge of the Internet and Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel applications. Experience with research software a plus.

Reasoning Ability:

Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
