• Lead end-to-end software project delivery, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality standards are consistently met
• Coordinate with developers, designers, and stakeholders to align project goals and execution strategies
• Communicate directly with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations
• Create and maintain project documentation, including specifications, timelines, and progress reports
• Oversee quality assurance processes to ensure reliable and high-performing deliverables
• Utilize project management tools to track progress, manage risks, and optimize workflows

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with project management certifications (e.g., PMP or equivalent) considered a strong advantage
• At least 4 years of experience managing software development projects
• Solid understanding of software specifications, UI/UX principles, and wireframing basics
• Experience with QA processes and ensuring delivery quality
• Proficiency with project management tools, scheduling systems, and bug tracking platforms
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts or data-driven projects is a plus
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Self-discipline and reliability to work effectively in a fully remote environment
